The 201st Physical Fitness Program

Physical Fitness plays an important part of your career as a soldier.  Failure of an APFT or failure to meet Height & Weight standards will bar you from all favorable actions.  (Promotions, college money, service schools, ect..)
 
The problem for most is that doing PT twice a month during drill is not enough to sustain a high level of fitness. 
 
This section of 201st.org is dedicated to helping you work out on your own with extracts from the Army Physical Fitness Manual and tips from the Active Guard staff.
