The Family Readiness Group (FRG) is a large part of the National Guard community. Every year dedicated
family members of soldiers sponsor morale and welfare events such as Family Day (August), and Christmas Dinner.
Their main mission is to support one another in times of need. When a soldier from the 201st is deployed, the FRG
is there to assist and help that soldier's family with whatever needs they may have.
