Push Ups Strengthen and Tone Your Chest, Shoulder and Tricep Muscles.

This work out is designed to improve the number of pushups you can do in two minutes.  This will increase the stamina and blood circulation of this major muscle set.

Step 1:  Do as many correct push ups as you can in two minutes.  Remember one correctly done push up is worth five incorrect push ups.  Count the number of push ups you have correctly completed during this two minutes.

Step 2:  Take a one minute break.  Loosen your arms by swinging them back and forth.

Step 3:  Take the number of push ups you completed in Step 1, divide it by two and then do that many push ups.  For example if you did 40 correct push ups in step one, you will now do 20.

There is no time limit for step three so do each push up correctly.

That is the end of this work out.  It takes less than ten minutes from start to finish but is a major contributor to your upper body development.

The Key to this work out is to give it everything you got on that first two minutes of push ups.  Then keep quality control in mind during step three when you are performing 1/2 the number of push ups you did in step 1.
